To be honest, the history of the Vatican Bank seems to have been more scandal than not. We go over that today after having a look at the latest in the long line of occurrences of fiscal malfeasance from people who should in theory know better.
Like I say in the podcast, maybe the Church shouldn’t have gotten involved in the business of usury, even soft usury like the Vatican Bank represents, as that institution doesn’t operate like a secular bank. But that’s just my opinion. Take it or leave i.
