You need to check out how participated in the visitation . Bishop Kicanas Emeritus .
The only past Vice President Bishop of USCCB who did not get elected President .
Defeated by Cardinal Dolan. Also never got
a red hat !!!

Kicanas presided over Tucson’s disastrous bankruptcy 2004 – he protected one priest known abusive to seminarian – this same priest being pastor of a rainbow parish, intergenerational , one with children ( (credible allegations, deceased at time), one known by witness homo acts with men ( deceased at time ) and the seminarian abuser rumored to act with men ( remained pastor until retirement )

Kicanas known for rector of Mudehline. , a Bernadine appointment, and reported in news that he homo ( Goodbye Good Men by Michael Rose ) . Kicanas then notable for allegedly passing open admission homos through the seminary (creator of todays present problems ) .

Does Strickland know who he’s dealing with ?
