  1. Regarding: “ . . afraid of its own Mission” . . .
but if the “dialoguing to conversion” does not
lead to, and include, BELIEF IN the summit and
goal of the Faith —Holy Mass and the Real Presence
[ reserved in the Tabernacles throughout the world ]
then the one desiring full communion in the Catholic
Church isn’t even “half way there”.

How does this thought “jive”, Anthony, with
your coming into the Church [ through the
inspiration of Hillaire Belloc ] ?

Was the Apostolic Mass, and BELIEF IN the
Real Presence, presented as CENTRAL for the
Baptized Catholic, or “bunched together” with
all the rest of the tenets of the Faith [ the Creed
    . . Apostles’, Athanasian, Paul VI . . ] leaving the
convert to “discover” this “Summit and Goal”
    of the Faith?

    1. Hi Prairie Grandpa Bob ,

I live two thousand miles from you in Arizona. We can meet half way in Salt Lake City for a coffee?

Anyway, INTERESTING, Anthony’s web-site hacked ? I read your post today , went to give it a “thumbs up” and observerd a thumbs down ? I was perplexed. I have never seen you post anything offensive to anyone. My thought , I give it the intended thumbs up I decided to give – behold , the thumbs down disappears and is replaced by my thumbs up !!! INFERENCE, I was the one to have given thumbs down . Anyway , Shakespeare , much fury and thunder amounting to nothing.

      Blessings, Scott

      1. That’s going to take some kind of miracle.

However, I will put it to St. Joseph.

Didn’t know Anthony’s website was hacked.

Will put THAT to St. Joseph as well, AND
to Bl. Carlo Acutis [ secondary Patron of the
Internet ] who died of cancer at age 15, yet
had become a real internet “whiz”, putting
it to wonderful Eucharistic use: he identified
        and “collected” every Eucharistic miracle
        since the Last Supper.

He is a great friend. He won’t leave me.

“Always to be united to Jesus, that is my
        life’s program.”

Thanks for the invite! I’ll be competing with
our son Patrick, who’s job takes him on
audit/ safety assignments “all over the
        place”.

        Oremus !

      2. P.S.

YES! . . when I saw the thumbs up it forced me
to scour my memory for original devious intentions,
        but couldn’t find any.

Thanks for letting me know, and for the description
of the “dynamics” . . very Shakespearian indeed . .
and Ash Wednesdayish. Our Priest explained that
mark of “Sinnership” best: “It tells everyone that
we’re a Sinner and “proud” of it, because the Cross
places us in the Court of the Divine Physician . . .
        who can and does FORGIVE”.

The ashes had been sprinkled liberally with the
Holy Water, so that they stayed big and black
on my bald forehead. Elizabeth and I went for
usual Mall Walk [ for Senior’s exercise ] right after,
showed me a mirror [ VERY prominent and black ! ]
. . and, indeed, I noticed a couple or three shoppers
goin’ the other way looked UP at that cross !

Yes, I even felt a little bit pround “announcing” the
Church’s beginning of Lent . . “Ashes to ashes”.

May we indeed begiven the Compassionate Sorrow
for Jesus Crucified, as St. Francisco Marto was given
        at Fatima.

        Oremus, Scott.
