1. Not wishing to “hog” this wonderful comment
   section of Anthony’s podcast, I’m prompted to
   share the following [ given the seeming increase
   of “mean” Archbishops . . ].

   The reason is that I’ve consistently found that
   instances of exceptional display of Catholic belief
    —especially in war time [ in this case the American
   Civil War . . Confederate side !!! ] —draw out my
   OWN Faith . . that is, powerfully RENEWED !!!

   [ I’ve been a long-time fan of American history,
   especially of the Civil War. Also of the “Under-
   ground Railway”, which terminated in our
   Province of Ontario [ Canada ].

   So, from “The Civil War Diary of Father James
   Sheeran, pg. 146 ” [ available on amazon ] :

   “March 27, 1863, was appointed by Jefferson
   Davis as a day of fasting, humiliation [ sic ], and
   prayer, and was observed throughout Lee’s army
   with unusual solemnity. Immediately thereafter
   came Holy Week [ I did a “double take” at this
   point ] and Easter Sunday, which in the camps of
   the Louisiana brigades arrived with a heavy
   snowfall. [ Fr. ] James Sheeran, who had been
   in Richmond since the turn of the year, returned
   to find his men undeterred by the weather
   from taking THEIR EASTER COMMUNION; they
   stood in knee-deep snow, hats off, and then
   knelt in the cold as the Mass was observed.
   It was, he said, ‘one of the most consoling
   sights’ of his life.”

   When will Pope Francis [ per Tutcho ] cause
   that kind of consolation in the Faith of ordinary
   believers of today??

2. WHERE ‘ta heck is the Holy Spirit in all this Conclave
   talk ?? . . the Candidates, “Papabili” . . silent? . . deeply
   prayerful ? . . “united with Jesus” in the Eucharist ??

   Am I naive? . . anti-Political? So be it.

   Regarding the Sanctus Ranch, it’s the self-appointed
   “People of God” leadership faction [ Novus Ordo ] who
   are the “Militant Outpost”. The ordinary practising Catholic
   isn’t. And what does the Archbishop even care about that?
   . . as long as he “gets his cut”.

   “ . . I urge the Christian [ all? . . Protestant? . .
   Orthodox? ] faithful NOT to attend . . ]” That’s
   Correct !! . . because a majority of Christian denominations
   do NOT hold to valid Consecration nor to the Real Presence,
   i.e. Are NOT Catholic.

   So, how about designating “CATHOLIC Faithful” instead
   of “People of God”?

   But even 70% of these do NOT believe in the Real Presence !
   how Catholic Is that ??

   So . . WHO, dear Archbishop, ARE you addressing ??

3. 5 years from now we will see the same headline but with fewer of both trads and “good” cardinals in the midst of more and worse outrages.

   1. That all depends on the “pushback” of INCREASING
      numbers of Traditional [ truly Catholic ] families &
      good Cardinals [ and good Hierarchies, inter-
      continentally ] IN SPITE OF more outrages.
