This does little to answer the question, because Ratzinger was mistaken in his resignation, at least according to some. Besides, does the pope say his name when saying the Mass? Bishops don’t.

YES . A most interesting consideration , a question which asks for an answer ? BUT an answer will never get you out of the rabbit hole ?
IF Pope Francisis name were used , it could have been done by “tradition” , BUT without a true intent of mind as might accomplish the act by a true and conscious willful act that recognizes Frances. It could be a sub-conscious action that “goes through the motions”.
Then , if with intent, it might at the same time serve as a “cover” to protect his own hidden thoughts as he remains pope ? BUT , how would you ever know his mind ?
Then, if he only mentioned himself , as pope emeritus ( full title ) or even “pope”, BUT either way, by public declaration, he IS an emeritus ? Which asks, as an emeritus, a pope by this title , would it then even be necessary to invoke Francis’s name at the same time ?
My take, by logic , God only knows , and the debate will remain stuck in a circular dimension of discussion. Nuances of “form”. the debate, beco
