It is time for all Bishops to rebel against the State, If this does not happen the Church will become of secular authority—just like China.
Given the current deplorable condition of our Vatican II Catholicism most Catholics will go along with the State.
Personally, unless the Church changes it wishy-washy ways soon sedevacantism will become the only viable alternative for orthodox Catholics.
In terms of the Venice, FL. where I live Confession is being offered this Saturday and Communion on Sunday but without Mass. This is a good thing as far as it goes.
