   This action of governance, which makes law obligating priests to break the seal of confession, is truly an outrageous representation of Catholic hate on the part of Marxist politicians. For The State of Washington, Seattle, home of CHAZ domestic terrorists and occupiers during the 2020 George Floyd summer of love riots,to create law hostile to religious practices,is scandalous; State action has legal equivalence akin to mandated intrusions upon attorney client privilege or medical HIPPA violation. The response demanded of all Catholics is that which asks their public vocalization & rejection of unjust law – every individual is called to demonstrate a profile in courage; Seattle Archbishop,Paul D.Etienne is consecrated with a duty to declare, for His Church, an excommunication of Governor Bob Ferguson and any Catholic representative of the Washington State legislature voting in favor of atheistic tyranny.

   Even worse, the law passed only serves to “grandstand”, the creation of State legal code absent of any teeth or juritical legitimacy. When given consideration there exists no practical means of enforcement:
   -Confessions, by screen, are completely anonymous without the priest knowing any individual who self admits a violation of law or an intent to engage in illegal activities.
   -The priest, to the extent confessions hypothetically recorded, would violate laws regulating the recording of private conversations.
   -There is no expectation that a priest could recall any details of a conversation as might include the scope of illegal conduct
   -The content of any confession conversation, not a legal proceeding, would only meet the criteria of non-admissible hear-say ( gossip ).
   -The priest has no agency of law enforcement-confessions are not a “complaint” and there is not necessarily any “time” identified ( statute of limitations ); there is not necessity any information provided regarding “potential harm” ( the propensity and/or intent to child abuse, domestic violence, self harm,assault with bodily harm,immigration status, or criminal conduct).
   -The priest is not giving medical or legal advice – only forgiveness & penance ( as may include “turning oneself in”).
