Did one of Pope Leo’s new appointments ghost write this article? It seems out of lane and out of character for a Pope to advise us on the media. He writes a wordy and lengthy article to endorse and support what to many has become a highly confusing, dubious, and politically motivated medium. We should be very concerned that this is done with only barely mentioning the teachings of our Lord, however ambiguously, at the very end of the article. This scriptural reference reads to me as if it is an indirect afterthought. And then, for anybody having problems, we are advised to contact a professional. What kind of professional? Perhaps maybe a far left secular political scientist? In other words, we are to listen to the left hand of the MSM but ignore what the “right hand” of what God tells in scripture, Catechism, Deposit of Faith, Magisterium, and Tradition.
All of this except to advise us to read our Bible, pray to our Lord and Savior, talk to a good priest, desire to repent, go to Sacrament of Confession, believe in the real presence of the Lord in the Eucharist, and then receive our Lord in the Sacrament of Holy Communion.
