Why is it always Jesuits? I mean, it almost always is. I definitely hold to the ‘suppress the Jesuits’ line of thinking, and for good reason.
Here we have a good example: Jesuits pressuring an already hyper-Modernist Cardinal of the Church to essentially toss out of the Church the timeless teachings on sexual morality. Why? Because, when you boil it down, they think that sex is awesome and that they shouldn’t have to choose between the faith and sex, nor should anyone else.
