The church in Germany is not going into apostasy, they are already there, fully arrived. They are merely making it official. The same with Rome. Apostasy has already reached the very top in Bergoglio the Apostate who does not have the faith and has demonstrated that fact over and over again. Moreover, as Our Lady of LaSalette stated, Rome has become without a doubt the seat of the Antichrist even though THE Antichrist himself has not yet appeared to my knowledge. The Church herself can not defect but in her human element it almost completely and with certainly has done so.
