Pope Francis is approaching 87 , WITH —among
other SERIOUS health issues —signs of dementia.
A dictator’s decrees and edicts do not constitute
legitimate authority, nor Law [ in Argentina ? ].
But no one in Francis and his régime seems LAW-
ABIDING. Mutual “cancelling” seems to have become
the slithering DIS-order of the day. The DEMENTED
mode of removing Bishops ‘n Pawns [Priests] ‘n
Castles [property] off [ Frankie’s chess board] . .
REASON itself having been “cancelled” first.
Looks BOTH Communist and Demonic at the same
time.
In reviewing the movie, A Man FOR ALL Seasons,
[ kind of what the Faithful and right-thinking men
and women are looking for in a Vicar of Christ ]
we find Legal realities deftly dealt with by Sir Thomas
More. Some pertinent lines follow:

HE’S A FRIGHTENED MAN !”
@14:33 ff “ [More] Well . . I think that when statesmen
forsake their own PRIVATE CONSCIENCE, for the sake

the Devil the benefit OF LAW !”
“[ More ] What would do? . . cut a great road through
the Law to get after the Devil?”
“[ Roper ] Yes! I’d cut down every Law in England !”
“[More] Oh? . . and when the last Law is down
and the Devil turned ‘round on you, where would
you hide, Roper, the Laws all being flat ?? This Land
is sown thick with Laws from coast to coast, man’s
Laws, and if you cut THEM down —and you’re
JUST the man to do it !—do you really think you
could stand upright in the winds that would blow
then ?! Yes, I give the Devil the benefit of Law
FOR MY OWN SAFETY’S SAKE.”
Given that the Church seems on the brink of
sheer Lawlessness —BUT the “Gates of Hell”
STILL cannot prevail against the Sacred Deposit
of Faith & Morals! —is the seamless move [a segué]
into the moment of the arrival of “THE MAN of
Lawlessness”, the AntiChrist, foretold in Scripture?
Thomas More’s family evening prayer: “(@7:15 ff Dear
Lord, give us rest ronight, or, if we must be wakeful,
CHEERFULL . . careful only for ourselves and our
Salvation, FOR CHRIST’S SAKE. Amen.”
