I returned to the Latin mass back in the 80s JP2 was starting to slack off on Latin mass restrictions . That was when the coalition in support of ecclesia dei began to work. In those days we were a rather small collection of Catholics. The talk/desire was for a Bishop in Rome to oversee TLM communities. You had mentioned that in your last video. My latest (conspiracy) theory is may be that was part of the deal Burke cut to get Leo in. He is think with the ICKSP so its entirely possible in my suspicious mind.
