What’s a little thing like making sure ordinations are valid, especially when it gets in the way of ecumeniacal outreach?

The Catholic Church is abandoning its sacred mission. Thus it is abandoning God. What are we to do? I think we only have two choices: 1. Become a sedevacantist. 2. Become part of an underground orthodox Catholic Church that recognizes the legitimacy of papal succession since Vatican, something sedevacantists do not. In practice it makes little practical difference which you choose, in my opinion. I would appreciate your comments on this.
