    1. (“Team”) Francis’ vindictiveness —so it seems —fits his dictatorial persona well. Very UN-fitting for a Vicar of
Christ . . a title and role already rejected by “Mr.Bergoglio”. SO HARD to accept this is really goin’ on ! ! Deep
Church alive and slitheringly well. A battle for the heart and soul of the Catholic Church: well-said.

There is another fairly recent publication — Pawel Lisiscki in conversation with Bishop Athansius Schneider, “THE SPRINGTIME THAT NEVERE CAME” — translated into English from the Polish by Justyna Krukwaska/ Sophia Press. The silence around this book (because the prairies around me are also very silent) is deafening. in eleven chapters Bishop Athanasius drops the veil covering “The Leftist Face of The Church”. No one is spared. Not even
John Paul and Benedict XVI. Catholics faithful to Tradition and the Church (the concluding chapter summarizes) find themselves in a vicious circle. Documents and speeches must be quoted to show the errors, before being able to name the disease and, thus, before a cure can be found But when the highest ecclesiastical authority support the errors, where turn? . . one’s conscience? . . or ” listen to the authority in which the Faith is . . rooted.”

For myself, those “voices”, pontificating on behalf of the Deposit of the Faith, are interlopers because they have
rejected it “Rigidity”, i.e. its Truthfulness FOR ALL TIME.

Bishop Athanasius responds to this, “one of the most difficult issues, one of the greatest challenges”. However, he
reminds us that “some questionable statements of (Vatican II) are not infallible . . . not ex cathedra pronouncements
or dogmatic definitions or anathemas . . they were not intended as such. Thus, in assessing them, we can go back
to the constant and IMMUTABLE DOCTRINE of the Church. We are not Protestants who make decisions according to their own private understanding, there personal judgements, and WHO SET THEMSELVES ABOVE THE
      TEACHING OFFICE OF THE CHURCH.”

In other words, ” . . to what has been objectively, constantly, and unchangingly passed down by the Magisterium
of the Church . . ” Catholics “. . appeal to the teachings of the Church OF ALL TIMES . . (THAT) . . HAS ALWAYS
BEEN THE SAME”, They do not appeal to “a private, subjective understanding but to how the Church has
always understood a concrete truth of faith. The criterion is not themselves, but the constant voice of the Church
over the centuries . . . the CONCLUSIVE CRITERION for certainty about WHAT IS CATHOLIC remains the
UNITY OF TEACHING IN THE PAST.”

G.K. Chesterton calls this, “The Democracy of the Dead”.

  1. But YOU are Catholic Media, Anthony. Be happy with THAT first. This podcast will surely spark the “more digging and sharing” which you encourage.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta comes to mind. I mean, she, in her response to a radical, “scary” calling, DID (personally) pick up the FIRST reject out of the gutter . . and brought this by-passed & disguised Jesus to her
Home for the Dying . . and its GUARANTEED Love of Christ’s Heart, and Dignity and Care, dispensed by her Sisters.

Now, while “Team Francis” continues gutting associations, Orders, and things Catholic, these at least have YOU
to “tell the tale”, to “noise about” the INJUSTICE of such unwarranted, relentless attacks.

What was our Lord warned us about this? . . oh yeah! “They will think they are doing God’s Will”. Sorry, I can
only paraphrase “off the top of me head”.

St. Benedict of Nursia, pray for us!
