Cardinal Cupich & The Bishops Reject Francis’s Statement

This was obviously going to happen: the bishops would find ways to worm their way out of obedience to the most obvious moral teachings of the Church. This is Humanae Vitae all over again, except Francis’s statement didn’t fool as many of us as they’d like to think.
